Return Policy
Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund of the purchase price of the item, provided the product(s) are returned in their original un-opened packaging materials including all components and are received in New, Saleable Condition.

No returns will be authorized on items when the protective films have been peeled and replaced on the adhesive backings.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders.

Special Order and Custom Cut products are not eligible for a refund, but in the case of a manufactured defect, may be exchanged for a like item.

Refunds do not include shipping costs.

On exchange of defective products, Sly, Inc. will pay shipping costs on outbound replacement product only.

Return Authorization Number
Prior to returning an item, you must obtain a return authorization number from us and it must be prominently displayed on the outside of the packaging material, along with your name, address and telephone number.

To obtain a return authorization, send your request via our contact form. Include complete order details.

Refunds will be processed with seven working days of receipt of merchandise.
